The Lean in Emergencies project was create to solve problems in attending to these occurrences via the SUS. Delays in service and overcrowding of hospitals are among the challenges that led to the development of this initiative by the Ministry of Health. The strategy focuses on the use of the Lean philosophy to bring solutions to health demands, improving processes and behaviors to improve patient care . What is Lean in Emergencies
Lean in Emergencies is a project designe to reduce waste and increase the quality of care offered by the Unified Health System .
